Purpose of Processing and Transfer of Personal Data In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), AHT Ticaret collects information including your name-surname information, e-mail address, profession and workplace personal data, and records and processes them in printed and/or wet-signed or electronic format. These personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting our activities with the press, promotional and marketing activities and shared with companies from which we receive service in the country, event and advertising agencies, our suppliers and supporters. ​ Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reason ​ Personal data is collected, used, recorded, stored and processed by us by providing written information to personal data owners in a clear and understandable manner, in accordance with the law and rules of honesty, in connection with the legitimate purpose clearly stated above and within the framework of the principle of proportionality in a limited manner. Your personal data is processed within the framework of the following legal reasons under Article 5/2 of the KVKK and shared with the persons and institutions listed above: It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to give his/her consent due to a de facto impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or of another person. Processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract. It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill his/her legal obligation. It is made public by the relevant person. Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right. Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person. Personal Data Storage Period Your personal data will be stored for the storage periods specified in the relevant legal regulations or for the period required by the processing purposes mentioned above, and will then be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK. Your Rights and Contact Information as per Article 11 of the KVKK According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to obtain information about your personal data by applying to AHT Ticaret. In order for us to respond to your requests accurately and soundly as soon as possible, it is recommended that your requests and questions are communicated as clearly, understandably and date-specific as possible.
